  3. Procedures, documents, fees, professional charges, and completion times vary according to the type of service, the competent authority, and the nature of the transaction.

Article 2: Methods of Providing Services and Representation Before Government Authorities

  1. Services may be provided through the personal attendance of the concerned person before government authorities and various state bodies, where permitted by law.

  5. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data and authorizations provided by them, without prejudice to the Company’s responsibility for its own acts and legal obligations.

Article 3: Advertisements, Inquiries and Quotations

  1. Advertisements and informational materials published through the website, social media, printed materials, messages, or other communication channels are intended to introduce the Company, its services, their nature, prices, and general terms.

  3. No amounts may be collected in the Company’s name solely on the basis of an advertisement, correspondence, or verbal agreement without following the approved request and payment procedures.
  4. Acceptance of a service, contracting, and payment must be evidenced by the Company’s approved documents, according to the nature of the service and applicable law.

  3. The Client must verify the capacity of the person they deal with and the validity of payment documents issued by the Company.
  4. Agreements or amounts delivered outside the Company’s approved procedures and documentation do not, by themselves, create an obligation on the Company, without prejudice to third-party rights established by law or the Company’s responsibility for any act proven to have been carried out by a person legally representing it.

Article 6: Data and Documents Provided by the Client

  1. The Client must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and ensure that submitted documents are valid, current, and accurate, as applicable.
  2. The Client acknowledges being aware of the nature, details, and requirements of the service and having reviewed the applicable fees, professional charges, and expenses before accepting performance.
  3. The Client bears legal responsibility for information and documents they provide if they are proven to be inaccurate, forged, or to conceal material information related to the service, in accordance with the law.
  4. If the Client submits invalid or forged documents, or documents containing unauthorized erasures or amendments, the Company may suspend the service, refuse to continue it, and take the necessary legal measures.
  5. The Company may request additional documents, clarifications, or completion of requirements where the nature of the service so requires or the competent authority requests them.

  2. Before performance begins, the Client must review the breakdown of the amount due and pay the specified amounts in accordance with the request documents.
  3. The Company may amend prices for new services or future delivery and transportation charges, provided that the applicable consideration is disclosed before the new request is accepted.
  4. The Client may not assume that a previous price will continue to apply to a new or additional service, or use prices or fees applied in other transactions as a basis for comparison.
  5. Future price changes do not alter the consideration agreed for an existing accepted request, except in accordance with the agreement and the law.

Article 8: Performance and Service Timelines

  1. Performance begins after the Company accepts the request, the documents and requirements are completed, and the amounts due are paid, according to the nature of the service.
  2. Announced completion periods are calculated based on actual working days. Weekly holidays and official holidays are excluded unless otherwise agreed or the applicable legal rules require otherwise.
  3. The Company does not guarantee completion within a specified period where performance depends on a government, administrative, or judicial authority, or on the completion of documents or approvals by third parties.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for delays arising from the procedures or decisions of competent authorities, review periods, requests to complete requirements, or administrative or security reasons beyond its control.
  5. The Company undertakes to exercise the requisite professional care in performing services it has accepted, but this does not constitute a guarantee that a particular decision will be issued by a government or judicial authority.

Article 9: Transaction Follow-up and Notifications

  1. The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details enabling the Company to communicate with them.
  2. The Client is responsible for following up on their request and providing any requested information or documents within the appropriate time limits.
  3. If the competent authority requires the concerned person to attend in person, provide an additional document, or complete a particular procedure, the Company shall notify the Client when the necessary information is available to it.
  4. Telephone or electronic notification does not replace any formal notice that the law requires to be served through a prescribed method.
  5. Failure of a message to arrive or inability to contact the Client may not be treated as a waiver of any right granted to the Client by law.

Article 10: Decisions of Government and Administrative Authorities

  1. Government and administrative transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the decision-making authority and to the laws and regulations governing them.
  2. The competent authority may reject or suspend an application, request completion of requirements, retain documents, or take any other action within its legal jurisdiction.
  3. The Company is not responsible for a decision issued by the competent authority where the decision does not arise from an error attributable to the Company. The Company’s responsibility is limited to its actual obligations in performing the service.
  4. If the competent authority requires the concerned person to attend in person, the Client must attend once notified. The Company may not substitute for the Client in a procedure that does not permit representation.
  5. If rejection or inability to perform the service results from information, documents, or reasons attributable to the Client, the financial consideration shall be settled according to the nature of the service, actual expenditure, published terms, and applicable law.

Article 11: Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds

  1. If the Client requests cancellation or withdrawal after performance has begun, the work completed and fees, expenses, and professional charges incurred shall be assessed according to the nature of the service, the agreement, and the law.
  2. Refunds or non-refunds are not determined absolutely merely because the Client withdraws. Settlement shall depend on the work actually performed, the nature of official fees, the contractual terms, and rights granted by law.
  3. If the service cannot be performed for a reason attributable to the Client, including failure to provide required documents or provision of inaccurate information, settlement shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
  4. If the service cannot be performed for a reason attributable to the Company, amounts due to the Client shall be settled in accordance with the agreement and the law, taking into account work already performed.
  5. Amounts paid for a previous request may not be deducted from the consideration for a new or additional service unless the Company agrees in writing or the law requires otherwise.
  6. No provision of this Article may be interpreted to deprive the Client of a refund or compensation right granted under a mandatory rule of law.

Article 12: Documents, Originals and Retention

  1. The Client must provide the documents required to perform the service and specify whether they are originals or copies. Receipt of documents shall be recorded whenever the nature of the transaction requires it.
  2. The Company may retain documents related to the service for the period necessary for performance, completion of requirements, delivery, or compliance with legal obligations, taking into account the nature of the documents and data-protection requirements.
  3. Copies or documents no longer needed may be disposed of after expiry of the announced retention period or the legally required period, whichever applies, using a method appropriate to the nature of the document.
  4. An original document, or a document that must legally be retained or returned to its owner, may not be destroyed except in accordance with the law and in a manner that preserves the Client’s rights.
  5. Delivery of documents completed by the Company may be withheld pending settlement of financial obligations due and related to the service, to the extent permitted by law.
  6. Documents shall be delivered only to the person legally entitled to receive them or to a person holding a valid power of attorney or authorization permitting receipt.

Article 13: Loss of or Damage to Documents

  1. The Company shall exercise appropriate professional care in safeguarding documents received from Clients.
  2. If a document is proven to have been lost or damaged due to an act attributable to the Company, the matter and any compensation shall be handled in accordance with the law, the nature of the document, and the proven actual damage.
  3. Any compensation limit in a service request form may not be interpreted to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded by agreement or to diminish rights granted to the Client under mandatory rules.
  4. The Client must notify the Company upon discovering any loss, damage, or discrepancy in documents and provide what is necessary to verify the incident.

Article 14: Civil Status Services and Issuance of Documents

  1. The Company’s role in document services is limited to procedures within the agreed service, including submitting applications for available official records and documents in accordance with the law.
